Ajman CP briefed on objectives of Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi

HH Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has been briefed on the programmes, objectives and strategies of the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD) and its future plan.
This came during a meeting between HH Sheikh Ammar and Butti Ahmed Mohamed bin Butti Al Qubaisi, Director-General of the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi, and his accompanying delegation.
HH Sheikh Ammar welcomed Al Qubaisi and his accompanying delegation, and the parties reviewed the strategies and programmes of the centre to improve the status of statistical work and the need to pay close attention to and co-operate with various statistical centres across the UAE.
Sheikh Ammar was given a full explanation of the objectives of the centre. He also exchanged talks concerning the importance of statistical data that helps decision-making by the wise leadership of the state.
The Crown Prince of Ajman praised the efforts of the Director-General and those who are in charge of the centre, and its role in providing correct data to improve the march of urban development of the country, stressing the importance of statistical studies for further development and achievement.
The meeting was attended by Dr Sheikh Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chief of Ajman Ruler’s Court, along with a number of senior officials.
