The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, Guernsey FSC, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to co-operate on supervisory matters, exchange of information, as well as to foster high regulatory practice in both jurisdictions.
Richard Teng, Chief Executive Officer of the FSRA and William Mason, Director-General of the Guernsey FSC, signed the Memorandum.
Teng said, “We are pleased to continue our efforts in establishing closer collaboration with global authorities to bolster the high regulatory practice and standards in our respective jurisdictions. The new partnership with Guernsey allows both regulators to better understand the needs of our stakeholders and facilitate
future cross-border efforts.”
