Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud, First Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, met with a Paraguayan ministerial delegation and discussed ways to enhance cooperation between companies and businessmen from both sides.
The delegation included Gustavo Leite, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Santiago Pena, Minister of Finance. During the meeting, the parties also discussed the organisation of a joint investment economic forum within the next three months.
Al-Mahmoud stressed the importance of strengthening trade relations and making greater efforts to enhance economic and investment cooperation, thus contributing to raising trade between the two nations. Al-Mahmood confirmed that opportunities are available to expand cooperation between the UAE and Paraguayan businesses in a number of vital sectors.
