Abu Dhabi all set to launch Mother of the Nation Festival

Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) announced that preparations for Mother of the Nation Festival are in their final stages. The Festival will open its doors from 4pm until midnight on Sunday March 26 and run daily until April 4 on Abu Dhabi Corniche.
The Festival will offer four diverse activity zones alongside the Mother of the Nation Pavilion. The Festival grounds have reached the final stage of construction in accordance with the established schedule.
Sultan Al Dhaheri, Acting Executive Director of Tourism at TCA Abu Dhabi said: “We are delighted to be organising the second edition of Mother of the Nation Festival, which is the most significant event in our community reflecting the far-reaching values of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. The Festival is the tremendous result of many weeks of hard work and dedication, as well as collaboration between partners and stakeholders across the private and public sectors.”
The Mother of the Nation Festival is held over 10 days, with a rich line-up of engaging activities for visitors of all ages. The Festival’s events are organised across four distinct zones: the Souq Zone, Beach Dining Zone, Happiness Zone, Progress Zone as well as the Mother of the Nation Pavilion which will highlight the vision and values of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak.
In its second edition, the festival features more than 100 entertaining activities, in addition to 35 musical shows and performances throughout its diverse activity zones. The festival also offers over 50 food and beverage options, inviting visitors to experience a wide variety of local and international cuisines. Offering a wide selection of activities that include art exhibitions, performances and live music, the Festival will provide an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
Tickets can be purchased for AED 20 per adult, while children aged 5 and under are admitted for free. Tickets are available at the festival entrance or can be purchased via Ticketmaster.
