This signature creation, the vision of World Pizza Champion Chef Roberta De Sario, is a tribute to the colours of the Italian flag and the culinary soul of Napoli. Featuring basil pesto, tomato compote and creamy fior di latte, Roberta’s Pizza represents the balance of simplicity and flavour that has made FALCONE a favourite among Dubai’s most discerning diners.
Chef Roberta De Sario, a native of Napoli, brings more than a decade of international experience to FALCONE’s kitchen. Her craft has been honed in esteemed establishments from Napoli to Paris and Hong Kong, including training under legendary pizzaiolos at Pizzeria Da Michele Condurro and Franco Pepe of Kytaly. Now based in Dubai, she continues to champion the Neapolitan philosophy that pizza belongs to the people and must be simple.
