Available throughout the day as part of the à la carte offering, this new journey presents a harmonious four-course composition inspired by tradition and reimagined through BRIX Journey’s contemporary lens:
- Honey jelly with rice milk snow
- Goat and date milk ice cream
- Luqaimat donut with beef fat caramel
- Milk and rice millefeuille
The menu is priced at AED 95, with an optional recommended drink pairing, Luban (AED 40).
Guests can experience the À La Carte Menu daily from 2:00 PM to 12:00 am and signature dessert experiences – daily at 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 9:30 PM.
