ABU DHABI / GULF TIME
Situated in Mamsha Al Saadiyat with breath-taking beach views and a mix of restaurant dining along with alfresco seating, Ting Irie Abu Dhabi offers island vibes, Caribbean beats!
Ting Irie Abu Dhabi — the beachside offshoot of the Dubai-based Jamaican restaurant and lounge — has everything infused with Caribbean flavours, from ambience to food. It offers laidback island vibes for families and friends alike with great food, music, laughter and camaraderie. The venue recently celebrated World Pasta Day with Caribbean flavours.
The venue hosts an overall relaxed Caribbean beach-club atmosphere where diners can find themselves nestled in an explosion of bamboo canopies. And its meticulously crafted bohemian staircase certainly is a place to take a much-needed digital screen break.
Jamaican restaurant and lounge Ting Irie imports Caribbean ingredients from Jamaica, including Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Pimento seeds, while organic produce and meats are locally sourced. The unmissable part was the knowledge of Ting Irie staff Tristal about Clarendon in Jamaica (her home country, which is known for its lush topography of mountains, rainforests and reef-lined beaches). “The island-inspired vibes and authentic Caribbean dishes transport our guests to the Caribbean setting,” she said. Ting Irie Pon Di Beach was established in 2022 at Mamsha Al Saadiyat.
