Why Oman Invites Bali

The Ministry of Urban Planning and Town Development Summit in Oman invited a luxury investment real estate developer to present its incredible projects with the possibility of implementing similar ones in the Eastern region.
The Balinese company impresses not with the island itself, but with luxury projects and a creative approach according to his Excellency Dr. Khalfan Al-Shueili.
At the Oman Development and Construction Summit, the company discussed the possibilities for developing new districts in the capital of Oman, Muscat. The invitation to the event was extended by the Ministry of Urban Planning of Oman. Currently, Magnum Estate is developing 11 premium-class complexes, five of which will be launched this year, 2024. Among them are:

• Magnum Resort Berawa — an apartment complex in the coastal zone, 500 meters from Berawa Beach and the best beach clubs. The complex is unique and stands out among all projects in Bali with the world’s largest rooftop pool: its length is 190 meters.
• Magnum Resort Sanur — the first ultra-luxury apartment complex with direct ocean access, located in the Bali region of Sanur.
•  Magnum Resort Seminyak — an apartment complex 30 meters from the ocean, in the famous tourist area of the island, Seminyak.
  All properties are located in prestigious locations. The management and provision of hotel services are carried out by the management company.
