Moza Al-Otaiba praises support, encouragement of UAE’s wise leadership

Her Excellency Moza Saeed bin Ahmed AlOtaiba, Founder and President of “AlOtaiba Inmaa Group”, said that the Emirati Women’s Day is a celebration of their success in various fields and sectors. She praised the support of the wise leadership to empower Emirati women and motivate them to achieve more and serve the country and society.
AlOtaiba praised the great role of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Nation,” Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, in encouraging women and empowering them in various fields, to reach the highest ranks and positions. Al-Otaiba praised Her Highness’ continuous support for Emirati women and their achievements.
She said that Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Nation”, chose this day to celebrate Emirati women and appreciate their
efforts.
Her Highness’s support and encouragement had great merit in the huge achievements of Emirati women, the important positions they got in
institutions, departments and companies, in addition to
enhancing confidence in the Emirati women capabilities.
Al-Otaiba said: “The wise leadership of the UAE, under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE – may God protect him – and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai – may God protect him – and their brothers, their Highnesses, the members of The Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates, gave women the utmost attention and encouraged them to contribute to the advancement of various fields and reach the highest levels of sophistication, excellence, and transcendence.
Al-Otaiba added: “Emirati women succeeded in achieving excellence and proving their worth in various positions, entering new economic sectors that depend on digital and technological development and artificial intelligence, and occupying the highest ranks and positions, whether in public or private sectors, which enabled them to contribute to the renaissance of the UAE, in pursuit of sustainable development.”
Her Excellency affirmed that Emirati women have succeeded, since the establishment of the UAE, in assuming various ranks and positions, and proved their ability to face various circumstances and difficulties, confirm their worth and success, and raise a generation that loves the country and works for its advancement and progress.
Al-Otaiba stated that despite the great development in the era of openness, Emirati women preserved their social status, customs and traditions, and succeeded in assuming key positions in the government, and representing the UAE in international forums and events, thanks to the government’s support and encouragement.
Al-Otaiba said that the celebration of this important occasion confirms the efficiency of Emirati women, and their effective role in serving the nation in various fields, stressing the importance of supporting the projects of Emirati women entrepreneurs to open their private work and launch suitable commercial and economic projects, with a focus on technological projects, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, which represent the new trend in the pursuit of economic development and renaissance.
