P N C Menon, Chairman and Founder of Sobha Ltd praised the attractive investment environment in the UAE, which encourages investors, businessmen, regional and international companies to invest and discuss various opportunities in different sectors.
P N C Menon welcomed the governmental decisions regarding the “Projects of the 50”, explaining that they will contribute to advancing economic growth in the UAE, enhancing its economic position globally, activating various sectors and economic fields, supporting entrepreneurs and investors to launch new projects, and promoting upcoming projects.
This was during Menon’s visit to Dr Mubarak Hamad Marzouq Al Amri, Chairman of Hili Properties for Development and Investment, at his home in Al Ain.
Menon is the chairman of one of the major real estate development companies in the UAE and the Gulf region. The company’s portfolio includes a large number of luxury real estate projects, including the Sobha Hartland project in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City in the heart of Dubai. The company records annual sales of billions of dirhams in light of the demand for its quality projects.
At the end of the visit, Dr Mubarak Al- Amri thanked Menon for his visit, and Menon thanked Dr Mubarak Al- Amri for the warm Emirati hospitality.
