The Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) attained new achievement this year when its building data management system (BDMS) was recognised among the global top five systems in the ‘International Best Practice Competition’ at the Global Organisational Excellence Congress.
The congress, held in Abu Dhabi from December 10 to 12, saw the participation of 250 regional and international organisational excellence and quality experts from 35 countries, with the attendance of 700 people working in the areas of excellence, innovation and sustainability.
Saif Badr Al Qubaisi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Municipality, expressed his pride on the achievement, stressing that it is due to the wise directives of the Abu Dhabi Government and the efforts of the municipality to improve services and performance.
He said the system is one of the most advanced systems, streamlining building data delivery processes and extracting indoor details, serving cus- tomers and individuals working in construction and building management, and munici- pality’s strategic partners.
