The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, has completed its preparations for Gitex Technology Week (Gitex, 2018), between October 14-18, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
DEWA’s participation aligns with the government’s directives for digital transformation, shaping of the future, and keeping pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Dewa will showcase its latest solutions, digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), technologies, and initiatives in the fields of clean energy, and smart metres and grids, to provide an unprecedented smart experience for the people of Dubai.
“Our participation in Gitex 2018 is in accordance with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to anticipate the future, innovate technologies, and employ them to achieve optimal results,†said Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dewa.
