Thirty-seven members of the Iranian-backed Houthi militias have been killed in a series of airstrikes by Arab coalition fighters targeting militia
positions in the Red Sea Coast.
In the past 48 hours, Coalition forces carried out meticulously planned strikes crippling Houthi military capabilities and leading to heavy losses in their ranks.
The raids targeted military sites in Ras Al Katheeb and the Al Jah areas in the Directorate of Husseiniya. In addition, the strikes destroyed military vehicles and reinforcements in the Al Jaruba and Qutay’ in the Al Marawi’ah District.
The Iranian-backed Houthi militias suffered heavy losses of lives and equipment after successive defeats which sent them fleeing the front lines.
A large-scale military operation is being carried out by the Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia to support legitimacy in Yemen, with the support of the UAE Armed Forces operating as part of the Coalition forces, at the Mukha-Al-Barah junction west of the Taiz province to take control of new areas from the militias, in an effort to continue the liberation of and secure the Red Sea Coast, and lift the siege west of Taiz.
