The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal announces the launch of The Chef’s Brunch 2.0 at Giornotte, the property’s award-winning all-day dining venue. The reimagined brunch sets a new benchmark in the capital with an immersive culinary journey across 39 curated stations, including 18 newly introduced concepts designed to surprise, delight, and captivate.
From the outset, the atmosphere carries a sense of refinement. A hostess moves gracefully between tables, presenting blinis crowned with caviar — an indulgent touch that sets the pace for the afternoon. What follows is a progression of culinary theatre: a caviar bar rich with abundance, bubbly poured generously from magnums, foie gras prepared to order, and live stations where chefs transform ingredients into à la minute creations before your eyes.
The Meat Market hums with anticipation, its premium cuts complemented by a dedicated Tomahawk station, while the seafood spread dazzles with oysters shucked to order, sushi, ceviche, and a sashimi master carving fish with a traditional samurai sword. Alongside these highlights, guests can explore a wide spectrum of flavours: a superfood and mozzarella bar, an Aperol Spritz bar, a tequila bar, the spirited vibrancy of a Mexican counter, artisan pizzas, handcrafted pastas, and more.
The sweet journey is every bit as memorable as the savoury one. Giornotte’s dessert offering is a celebration in itself, with tables laden with exquisite cakes, handcrafted pastries, and classic confections that honour tradition while adding a contemporary touch. To complement, the Espresso Bar serves freshly pulled coffees alongside perfectly mixed Espresso Martinis.
The grand finale comes with drama of its own: a dessert cart where fresh ice cream is churned with liquid nitrogen before the crowd, clouds of vapour rising in playful contrast to the elegance of the setting.
For families, a dedicated children’s corner brims with energy and creativity, offering interactive experiences such as face painting, jewellery making, and more.
