‘Souls of our brave soldiers will signal the valour, sacrifice of our brave armed forces’

Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) accompanied by a number of RTA directors, on Wednesday hoisted the national flag over the RTA’s Head Office. All attendees then observed a minute of silent prayer for the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives to uphold the UAE’s flag.
“Our martyrs represent a source of pride for all Emiratis and set an example to follow in defending Arab and Islamic nations against their enemies. Under the leadership of our country, the UAE has gone the extra mile in defending Arab land, and repulsing aggressors,” continued Al Tayer.
“The souls of our brave soldiers will always signal the valour and sacrifice of our brave armed forces. History will remember the names of our martyrs whose sacrifices granted us honour, dignity, and pride,” concluded Al Tayer.
