Sharjah’s Real Estate Investment Exhibition commences today

The 6th edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition, ACRES 2019, will kick off on Tuesday until March 21, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
ACRES 2019, which will be held at Expo Sharjah, will be witnessing the participation of a large number of companies and institutions specialised in various domains, such as real estate development and contracting companies, building and construction materials companies, real estate brokers, banks, financial institutions, architectural design services companies, interior design companies, and a number of concerned local government departments.
Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Real Estate Sector Business Group, stated that the participating companies and institutions in ACRES 2019 strive to make use of Sharjah’s position as a unique and attractive investment destination, especially with the remarkable hike of the new shopping malls in Sharjah and modern residential complexes, as well as the luxurious real estate projects.
Al Suwaidi shed light on the new approach of the real estate developers. The approach which is focusing on the human well-being and building multifunctional residential and commercial complexes, with the advantage of the UAE’s reputation in general and Sharjah in particular, in addition to being a global ideal destination for living, work, and
investment.
“ACRES 2019 has managed to enhance its reputation as one of the most significant real estate exhibitions in the whole region. Exhibition space is fully booked, with the participation of new exhibitors in this edition. The participating companies and institutions are anticipating a great success for them, which keep pace with the remarkable growth of real estate sector in the country, and amid a heavy turnout by the investors and individuals to acquire various property units, especially with the diversification of the provided financial facilities and choices.”
On the side-lines of the exhibition, 16 workshops will be held and presented by a number of specialists in constructions engineering, investment, law and taxes, and architectural engineering fields. Additionally, diverse and free courses, that cover a number of relevant real estate areas, will be organised and the participants will get a certificate of attendance by the end of these courses.
The exhibition is organised by Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and Real Sector Business Group in Sharjah.
