“The Middle East boasts a vibrant coffee culture that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation,” said Michael Aldendorff, Managing Director, Sage Appliances Middle East.
“Understanding our consumers’ appreciation for both classic and contemporary coffee experiences, we’re thrilled to introduce the Oracle Jet and Barista Touch Impress. Introducing the Oracle Jet: The Future of Home Espresso
The Oracle Jet, set to redefine the benchmark for home espresso and is equipped with the ThermoJet®heating system, a heating system that is up to 32 percent more energy efficient. This innovative heating system is ready in seconds and powers both the brew and steam function of the machine. There is an additional ThermoJet located on the brewing group which ensures that the coffee has a constant extraction temperature of 93 °C throughout the entire brewing process. This brewing temperature can be individually adjusted in steps of +/- 1 degree, depending on preference. The Oracle Jet also has an integrated European precision grinder from Baratza, which grinds, doses and tamps automatically and offers 45 grind settings.
Like the Barista Touch Impress, the new Oracle Jet features Barista Guidance, which automatically identifies over or under-extracted espresso shots, prompting you to adjust the grind size setting for the perfect shot. The larger 5-inch touchscreen with high resolution can be operated in both dark and light mode. With one swipe, you can choose from 11 pre-programmed drinks – including the brand-new Cold Brew and Cold Espresso options. In addition to Auto MilQ™ technology, which Sage fans already know from the Barista Touch™ Impress, the new Auto Queue function allows the next step of the preparation to be queued so that milk texturing or espresso starts automatically after extraction.
With the new Oracle Jet, Sage Appliances is focusing on future-oriented technology. The Oracle Jet is the first Wi-Fi-enabled coffee machine from Sage. Future upgrades are therefore possible for the end user without interruption. Con Psarologos, Portfolio General Manager – Coffee at Sage, says: “It is a privilege to bring to market the next generation in home espresso innovation. The Oracle Jet stands as the ultimate expression of espresso technology. Our most premium espresso machine to date, the Oracle Jet showcases groundbreaking innovations designed for the home. We’ve integrated a number of sophisticated upgrades, making it our most advanced, intuitive, and efficient portafilter machine yet.”
The Oracle Jet retails for AED 6,999.
Expanding Automated Espresso Range: The Barista Touch Impress
Alongside the Oracle Jet, Sage Appliances is also introducing the Barista Touch Impress, a game-changing entry-level machine that combines intelligent automation with hands-on craftsmanship to elevate home brewing. Featuring touch-screen Barista Guidance, the Barista Touch Impress provides real-time feedback on grind size and extraction flow, making it easier than ever to achieve barista-level coffee at home.
One of the standouts features of the Barista Touch Impress is Auto MilQ technology, designed to perfectly froth dairy and plant-based milks, recognising the unique characteristics of oat, almond, and soy milk to create smooth, silky microform for latte art and enhanced flavour.
With an Impress Puck System, precise dosing, and automatic tamping, this machine ensures a mess-free and consistent brewing experience. Additional drink options, including hot chocolate, tea, and babyccino, make it a versatile addition to any home. Users can also enjoy the new cold brew and cold espresso, both extracted at lower temperatures to produce a light and smooth flavour profile. The cold brew is ready in under three minutes, while the crema-topped cold espresso takes just under two minutes—unlocking a wide range of delicious cold coffee recipes. The Barista Touch Impress retails for AED 5,299.
