Participants excelled in first round of UAE MotorSurf Championship

The first round of the UAE MotorSurf Championship, which was organised by Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club on Saturday at Abu Dhabi breakwater, saw a great technical success considering the number of competitors that participated in the four categories of the championship. The first round recorded 24 participations.
The Czech Republic’s Matias Novotny and Eliska Matsukova achieved the first and second places respectively in the junior category. Fares Ramadan from Kuwait came in third.
In women’s category, the Czechs Eleksa Matsukova came in the first place, Anita Stlokalova came second and Linda Luxchneider got third place.
In the Challenger category, the Kuwaiti Mubarak Al Fadhel won the first place, the Emirati Obaid Muhammad Al Hamli won the second place, and Abdul Razzaq Al Baghli from Kuwait came in third.
In Master category, which is the fittest category, the Czech participants Lukas Zahorsky, Alex Luxchnader and Matthias Kolish achieved first, second and third places respectively.
The winners were honoured by Khalifa Al Rumaithi, Head of the Heritage Races Department at the club, and Ahmed Ibrahim Al Taher, General Supervisor of the Race.
