‘Our federal experience a source of pride, model of stability’

The UAE’s female foreign ambassadors have emphasised that the country’s federal experience is well-established and has become a source of pride, a model of stability and an example of prosperity.
In statements to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), on the occasion of the country’s 46th National Day, the ambassadors said that the success of the UAE’s high-level regional and international foreign diplomacy is a realisation of the goals of its wise leadership, which has established its prominent role in the international community.
Hanan Al Alili, UAE Ambassador to Latvia, said that the country’s wise leadership has lit the path for its citizens with its enlightened and contemporary ideology, and has made the country a source of pride for every Emirati.
“This is a day when we all confirm our absolute loyalty to the wise leadership, and our complete dedication to social cohesion, as well as our belonging to the nation, and our desire to deepen the federal experience, by performing our duties and protecting our achievements. This represents the spirit of the federation, as well as of giving and benevolence, which are the themes of this year’s National Day celebrations,” she added.
Al Alili conveyed her congratulations and sincere wishes to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and
the Rulers of the UAE, and
Their Highnesses the Crown Princes, as well as to HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
She noted that the success of the UAE’s foreign diplomacy reflects the strategy of the country’s wise leadership that demands openness to the world, which was realised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, under the directives of Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.
Dr Hessa Abdullah Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to Spain, said that the UAE’s high level regional and international diplomacy is a result of the country’s wise and tolerant active foreign policy and its prominent role in the international community, as an effective player known for its openness, cooperation and for finding solutions to common regional and international issues.
She went on to say that the stability achieved by the country for its citizens, who enjoy luxury, security and safety, has earned the trust of the international community.”

The UAE’s economic advancement and social development, driven by its various initiatives, have encouraged many other countries to deal with it and exchange and transfer their advanced expertise, she further added.

Dr. Al Otaiba then congratulated the UAE’s wise leadership and its people on the occasion of its 46th National Day. “We are living our lives in these glorious days, which will remain in our minds and memories, and we are living the great history of the unique journey started by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan,” she concluded.
