Acknowledging the exponentially growing consumer demand for frozen yogurt in the Middle East, US bestselling Orange Leaf frozen yogurt brand has joined hands with the UAE based Two Spoons. Under the partnership, Orange Lead has opened two outlets in the Emirates and will open 25 outlets across the Middle East.
Fans of frozen yogurt flavours can now sample their favourite flavour combinations at Orange Leaf kiosks located at – Magic Planet family entertainment outlets, in Mall of the Emirates and Mirdiff City Center.
“Consumer demand for frozen yogurt in the Middle East has grown exponentially,†said Carl Ghossoub, managing director of Two Spoons and Territory Developer of Orange Leaf in the Middle East.
“We are thrilled to develop the Orange Leaf brand in the region and look forward to bringing the full range of delicious flavours to frozen yogurt fans across the region, as well as to taking the Orange Leaf brand to new markets,†he added.
America’s fastest-growing frozen yogurt concept, can be now enjoyed in the UAE. Two Spoons, with two locations already up-and-running, plans to further launch two outlets more by next month.
A third outlet, located within The Mall, the city’s newest retail destination, will be home to a 128-square meter, free-standing Orange Leaf store, which is scheduled to open later this month.
This will be followed by a fourth location at The Dubai Mall in March.
Dubai is just the first port of call for Orange Leaf, with Two Spoons mandated to take the brand across the region with the goal of opening 25 outlets in key Middle East retail hubs by partnering with local
franchisees.
The Middle East locations will mirror the look and taste experience of Orange Leaf outlets in the US, giving customers the ability to create their own desserts with self-serve frozen yogurt machines and a wide variety of toppings, as well as providing a fun place for all ages to gather and enjoy a special treat.
A range of authentic locally and internationally sourced toppings will be available to customers in the UAE, and elsewhere, with Orange Leaf tailoring the menu to local tastes as it gains popularity and based on actual market
feedback.
The stores will also offers a range of frozen yogurt smoothies and frozen yogurt cookie sandwiches. The frozen yogurt specialties will also be complemented by a selection of fresh baked goods ranging from croissants and raisin Danish’ to pancakes, along with hot beverages.
Orange Leaf’s regional expansion plans are part of its overall global growth strategy.
