Teaming up with the UAE’s youngest Emirati chefs, Abdulrahman and Maitha Alhashmi, better known as the UAE Twin Chefs, The Coffee Club introduces a limited-time menu that blends local favourites with the international brand’s welcoming, meet-up-friendly café experience. Available across all Coffee Club outlets, guests can enjoy à la carte dishes or try a curated 3-course set menu for only 159 AED for two. This exclusive collaboration has come together to celebrate everyday moments around the table, from a laid-back lunch to feel-good dinner plans.
The savoury lineup features dishes like the Twin Chefs’ Signature Date & Lamb Meatballs served on a creamy labneh-herb base, finished with pomegranate and toasted pine nuts, and options of three loaded flatbreads: Chicken Shawarma with chunky chicken breast, mozzarella and a tahini-cream cheese blend; Beef Shawarma with ribeye steak, mozzarella and tahini-yoghurt; and a Creamy Short Rib option layered with pulled short rib, parmesan, pickled onion, rocket and chilli honey. These dishes blend the chefs’ most loved Emirati flavours with an Aussie-inspired flatbread twist, creating a fusion that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
The menu features signature gelato flavours from the Twin Chefs’ own concept (Savor by Twins), including Karak with a chai-style kick, a bright and refreshing Hibiscus, and a rich Saffron. Ingredients inspired by the classic Middle Eastern warmth everyone loves. For those who can’t decide, The Gelato Trio brings all three flavours together in one feel-good scoop-fest.
