Hazza bin Zayed forms boards of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club

His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the First Vice President of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, and the First Vice President of Honorary Board, issued a resolution forming a new board of directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club. According to the resolution, the board will be chaired by Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed himself.
Members of the new board are Thaloub Salim Al Dere’e (chairman of the board of Al Ain Club Investment Company), Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri (chairman of the board of Al Ain Football Company), Khamis Obaid Al Kaabi (chairman of the board of Al Ain Sports Games Company) and Hamad Nakhirat Al Ameri (managing director of Ain Sports and Cultural Club).
The resolution gives full power to the new board to fulfil its responsibilities including managing and representing the club as well as signing on its behalf.
The term of the new board is three years, starting from the date of the issuance of the resolution.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Hazza issued another resolution forming the boards of directors of the companies affiliated with Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club. The resolution appointed Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri chairman of the board of Al Ain Football Company, Ahmed Humaid Al Mazrouie, deputy chairman of the board, and Mohammed Obaid Hammad Al Dhaheri, Sultan Rashid Al Kalbani and Ali Mesri Al Dhaheri as members of the board.
Additionally, Thaloub Salim Al Dere’e was appointed chairman of the board of Al Ain Club Investment Company, while Mubarak Ahmed bin Hmouda Al Dhaheri was appointed deputy chairman of the board, and Faris Salim Al Mazrouie, Humaid Matar Salim Al Dhaheri and Sultan Hamad Al Dhaheri as members of the board.
The resolution also appointed Khamis Obaid Al Kaabi chairman of the board of Al Ain Sports Games Company, with Abdullah Juma Al Darmaki as deputy chairman of the board and supervisor of the volleyball sector. Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Jenaibi, Saleh Saeed Al Sha’eeli, Khuwaiter Saeed Al Dhaheri were appointed as members of the board.
