The UAE government launched an interactive initiative, titled, ‘Government Experience Dialogue’, to showcase innovative technologies and the latest developments of leading companies and institutions, as well as to explain the effects of these technologies on future government services.
The dialogue sessions are part of a series of initiatives that aim to gather decision-makers and international experts, to redefine and assess government experiences, as well as to present the UAE’s experience in government leadership and providing services to its people.
Mohamed bin Taliah, Assistant Director-General for Government Services Sector and for the Corporate Services Sector at the Prime Minister’s Office in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, said that the UAE government is adopting a development approach for its work and services model.
He added that the dialogue sessions will provide access to the best global practices and key future developments, which could be shared between government officials.
During the first session, which was held at the “Services 1 Centre” at the Emirates Towers, under the title, “Convergence from a Human Perspective,” Mohammed bin Taliah and international writer Zoltan Istvan addressed key ideas and techniques that scientists use to serve customers and facilitate access to services.
Istvan stressed that the technological advancements that will take place over the next 30 years will enhance humanity and improve personal capacities, to reach the concept of the “Super Human.”
He added that modern companies are investing millions of dollars in new technologies, such as data chips that can be implanted under the skin.
“The Government Experience” represents the next generation of services and provides a new global framework for providing smart government and customer services.
