Galadari bolsters corporate, finance offering

Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants announced the appointment
of Franco Grilli Cicilioni as a partner based in the firm’s Dubai Inter
national Financial Centre (DIFC) office. With over 25 years of exp-
erience, Franco bolsters the firm’s
Finance and Corporate departments, having advised on a number of financial deals including capital mark-
ets, structured finance, asset
finance, project finance and debt
restructuring.
Throughout his career, Franco has been involved in high profile transactions with major corporations, financial institutions, state agencies and authorities. Franco’s expertise further strengthens the Finance and Corporate teams at Galadari, having assisted renowned international as well as GCC-based companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other special transactions.

Prior to joining Galadari, Franco served as Head of Corporate and Finance at a boutique legal services firm in Dubai, and worked at Clifford Chance for 20 years in Europe
and Dubai.
Franco qualified in Italy and specialized in the United States. He practiced in Rome and Milan before relocating to Dubai. He speaks Italian and English.
It is worth noting that Galadari’s Corporate team was recently recognized as Corporate Team of the Year by Corporate Counsel Middle East Awards for its outstanding work
on a major 25 billion AED joint venture and real estate development project in Umm Al Quwain. Together with the continued growth of the team, this demonstrates Galadari’s increased market influence and strong transactional offering.
