Expo 2020 Dubai and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), to integrate the contents, programmes and initiatives of Expo 2020 into the UAE’s ambition of establishing itself as a regional hub for knowledge, education and research.
Under the MoU, both the parties will focus collaboration on initiatives related to knowledge, including the Knowledge Summit, as well as the development of knowledge and cultural elements leading up to and during the exposition. Efforts to engage the community, particularly those related to youth and educational institutions,
will also be bolstered through the agreement.
