Takeda to pay $6bn for Nimbus drug

  Bloomberg Takeda Pharmaceutical Co agreed to pay as much as $6 billion for an experimental immune therapy from Nimbus Therapeutics, part of the Japanese drugmaker’s hunt for promising new products.
