ABU DHABI / WAM UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree to appoint Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Hamed as Chairman of the National Media Office with the rank of minister.
