Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Emirates NBD to promote cooperation in innovation and digital transformation to achieve customer satisfaction and happiness for society as a whole. This comes as part of DEWA’s strategy to support
innovation at all levels.
The MoU was signed by Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, and Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD Group, during GITEX Technology Week 2017.
The MoU enhances collaboration in supporting innovation and implementing projects that promote innovation and
improve services provided to customers. It also aims to exchange knowledge and expertise in digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
