Emiratisation at Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC) hit 80% during Q2. The increased nationalisation pace of posts goes in harmony with a comprehensive plan to implement the objectives envisaged by the UAE Vision 2021 National Agenda . Fatma Hamad Al Hamli, Executive Director of Support Services Department at ADSIC has stated that high Emiratisation percentage secured during Q2 across centre’s different departments translate sustained efforts made to qualify and hone skills of national cadres, including females and males, and a well thought-out strategy to fulfil Abu Dhabi 2021 plans. “Boosting Emiratisation levels has always been a strategic priority at ADSIC and we will continue to strengthen our developmental and training plans whilst creating job tracks for all available posts,†she added.
