Abu Dhabi School of Government launched

As part of the Abu Dhabi vision to accelerate the growth of its knowledge economy and bolster the development of human capital, the Abu Dhabi government announced the launch of the Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG), a world-class professional development academy for Abu Dhabi government employees.
The Abu Dhabi School of Government will play a key role in Abu Dhabi’s Ghadan 21 programme unveiled by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in September 2018. Ghadan 21 will deliver wider ambitions to enhance the overall competitiveness of Abu Dhabi.
ADSG will aim to foster and develop leaders and high performers in Abu Dhabi, by equipping staff across all government entities with world-class managerial, operational and administrative skills. It will play a significant role in the emirate’s ambition to build a sustainable and open economy.
The academy will contribute towards achieving Ghadan 21 objectives by integrating innovation as a key driver that enhances the learning eco-system within government and through the adoption of the latest trends and research.
, while maintaining a focus on the future needs of Abu Dhabi.
