Musanada redrafts ‘contracts’ to meet sustainability criteria

Abu Dhabi General Services Company ‘Musanada’ announced that it has finalized redrafting service provider contracts as part of its efforts to meet sustainability criteria for government resources and assets, that aligned with the objectives of Abu Dhabi Plan related to achieving highest government resource and asset sustainability standards by implementing best international standards related to sustainability of resources and assets.
Having collected and validated relevant the data of the facilities, including asset registers, asset condition surveys and areas of buildings, Musanada adopted a new approach that not only relied on performance outputs but also defined clear data and carefully designed inputs for each site. The company will continue to develop the services delivered to its clients of Abu Dhabi government entities, helping them to primarily focus on their core business by providing appropriate working environment through management of buildings and facilities in line with highest local and international standards.
Musanada is now developing its computer-aided facility management system (CAFM) by directly linking it to smart devices available with service providers, thereby reducing customers’ time and efforts. CAFM allows tracking of requests submitted by customers and the performance of service providers to the highest levels of effectiveness.
