The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) has launched an updated version
of the Abu Dhabi Guide for Infrastructure Services at the “Partners Forum†2022 with modifications and adding 30 sub-directories bringing the total number of technical documents in the Guide to 160.
The Partners Forum 2022 was organised in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of over 200 people representing
local and federal government agencies and private sector institutions.
Badr Khamis Al Shamili, Executive Director of the Conformity and Standardisation Services Sector at the Council, said the updated version of the guide had been made possible with the cooperation of several Abu Dhabi government agencies.
Al Shamili said the guide is a unified reference for service infrastructure sectors and aims to identify areas where costs are increasing, harmonise technical documents of government agencies by unifying the reference points for developing and preparing these documents, and putting in place an effective mechanism to update the Guide periodically in line with the needs of the partners.
