Middle East’s largest electronics store has lined up the expansion plan in the GCC region. The company has already achieved a milestone with the launch of 72nd store in the Gulf region at Dubai Mall.
With this outlet, Emax has successfully launched 31 outlets in the Emirates. Neelesh Bhatnagar, CEO of Emax, spoke about the company’s business strategy to Emirates Business, “Emax began back in 2006, today the brand has grown to become the number one electronics retailer in the UAE with 72 stores across KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Over the years, Emax has carved a niche for developing unique offerings that bring real value to consumers. In an aim to provide the most convenient and rewarding shopping experience, Emax promises to launch 100 stores across the region by 2017.â€
The opening of the outlet at the Dubai Mall has been a part of the business strategy. This significant move would help the company in its growth and enhance its retail presence across the UAE.
“Emax is working towards a more fulfilling experience by becoming more like a learning hub and an experience, instead of just a trading store. We strongly believe in experiential retail and take full responsibility in educating the consumer about his/ her potential purchase. To us, the customer is the king and hence personalized selling and customer care stands as our priority.
