UAE, Bangladeshi discuss ways to boost cooperation

Abdullah Ali Al Hamoudi, UAE ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, met with Shahriar Alam, State Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
During the meeting, both sides discussed strengthening and widening the horizons and areas of cooperation between the two countries, as well as a number of issues of common interest. They also talked about consolidating trade and economic cooperation, food security, renewable energy, and participation in COP28.
Al Hamoudi examined the depth of relations between the UAE and Bangladesh in all fields, stressing that there are many opportunities to enhance cooperation between the two countries in areas of common interest.
For his part, Alam praised the strong and deep-rooted bilateral relations between the two countries and the constructive cooperation at all levels, stressing keenness to strengthen collaboration in a manner that serves the common interests of the two countries and peoples.
